CSG is a fast-growing, cloud-based platform that streamlines the data security assessment process throughout value chain – reducing the time necessary to respond to client audits and enabling our clients to assess enterprise vendor risk.

Responsibilities

The Information Security Analyst’s responsibilities will include managing operations for client deliverables and working with the Information Security team to deliver a spectacular experience for our clients.
This is a position suitable for an ambitious, hardworking professional with 2-4 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, and someone looking to join a fast-growing startup. The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Manage day-to-day operations for CSG clients, including completing vendor security assessments and completing client security assessments
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth data collection experience for both our customers and our internal business unit partners
• Interact with customers via email and phone in a professional manner to guide them through our platform and best practices
• Document processes, build support guides and other collateral to facilitate customer success
• Support CSG’s management team to execute the growth plan including the development of client pitches and proposals
• Participate in client pitches and demonstrations
• Attend conferences and other networking events for both educational purposes and to represent CSG

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of related work experience – Information Security and/or Risk are preferred but not required.
• Works well under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver superior service to our current and potential clients and internal business unit stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly professional, with outstanding customer relationship skills and ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time.
• Ability to overcome challenging learning curves.
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines that may have short lead times.
